Wanting to engage current members and encourage new member activity in their clubs, Mounties asked for our help to research, design and deliver a tiered loyalty program catering to numerous ethnicities. Who doesn't love a challenge?
Delivering to a massive 100,000 active members, the program was launched with instantaneous success. Developing the loyalty program required clear articulation of vision, values, objectives, and personality. All of which provided members a reason to belong. Internally it has provided staff a desire to lead, outpace the competition, and provided the tools to reach members to reward and recognise their loyalty.
