A new development by construction group Marsim, the building "Nineteen" needed an identity that would reflect the contemporary and urban charm of its architectural design to the property market.
Result
Launching with strategic exposure, using very localised and relative marketing, Nineteen developed a following of intrigue and excitement. As a result of the identity and marketing process, all commercial and residential properties have been sold before the building construction has even begun.
